200g of pork lean meat
1 potato
1 each of red and green hot chili peppers
Shallot
Dark Soya sauce
Cornstarch
Oil

Pepper
Ginger
Procedure:
1. Sliced pork lean meat and potato.
2. Chop shallot, red and green hot chili peppers and ginger
3. Mix pork lean meat slices, chopped shallot, ginger, oil, dark soya sauce, cornstarch, salt, pepper
4. Add oil into the pan and heat it up
5. Add marinated pork lean meat and stir fried it for a while and place it aside
6. Add oil into the pan and saute the shallot
7. Add potato slices and fried for about 1 minute
8. Add water, pinch of salt and pepper
10. Stir fried for a while and the dish is now done

Texture: rough and hot
Taste: just nice, not too salty
